This formed a small 3 bed mews house with a small vinery out of the back. The space was long and fairly narrow and so we put a galley kitchen in the narrow space and the dining area in the wider space at the back.
Scaffolding boards and micocement was use for the floors and brick was exposed to give an industrial feel . Upstairs the vinery and and a bedroom with a victorian fireplace were completed in plaster and given a softer more traditional feel. Two bathrooms under the eaves made use of the limited space.
