We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your product please fill out our online returns form and enclose it with your item, in its original packaging and post to Eliza Barnes, 35 The Nurseries, Lewes, BN7 2FF within 14 days from purchase.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

  • Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.  You will be issued with a credit note for any items returned after this time up to 28 days. We are unable to exchange unwanted items with a different item.

 

  • All items must returned in their original packaging.

 

  • Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in Eliza Barnes being unable to refund you.

 

  • We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

 

Furniture Delivery Disclaimer

 

At Eliza Barnes we try to offer the best service. The driver will assess whether or not he/she can physically manoeuvre the items into place and will only do so if items pass freely through the spaces provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure up accurately to ensure the items can be successfully delivered.  Eliza Barnes do not accept any responsibility for items that cannot fit into residences.

 

When an item of furniture is delivered to you, it is your responsibility to check the goods for any fault or damages. You will be required to sign a confirmation that the goods have been delivered in a satisfactory condition.

 

If you order furniture that is not part of our ‘made to order’ range you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must ensure the furniture is returned to us in a perfect saleable condition and in its original packaging. Failure to do so may result in Eliza Barnes being unable to refund you.Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.
